Does steam cleaning kill bacteria and mould?
Steam at 100°C kills 99.9% of household bacteria on contact and lifts surface mould. For embedded mould in silicone you still need a biocide.
Can I steam clean laminate flooring?
Not recommended — steam lifts the decorative layer from the MDF core. Stick to sealed hardwood, tile, stone, lino and vinyl.
